What is Lighthouse Motorsports
and Marine?
We are a family owned business that was opened in fall of 2005.
We are an ALL MAKES and MODEL boat, snowmobile, ATV and Motorcycles
store. We are an Official Arctic Cat Snowmobile and ATV dealer;
providing parts, service and apparel. We offer used and new motorsports
vehicles which can be found here. We also perform consignment sales.
We continue to provide these things to this day.
Where are you located?
We are located South of Hwy. 42 right off of Hwy. 3. Our address
is 3316 151st Street West, Rosemount MN 55068. You can find a map

What vehicles do you service and parts?
We provide service and parts for literally all makes and models
of boats, boat motors, ATV's, snowmobiles and motorcycles – given
that parts are still available. If you have questions about part

What are your store hours?
We are open 9-5PM Monday through Friday. We are open to 7PM both
Mondays and Thursdays. We are open 9-3:30PM on Saturdays. We are

changes to our hours posted on the main page.
Can you perform factory warranty for any make and model?
Unfortunately not. We are only able to perform warranty for Arctic
Cat vehicles. However, if we serviced your vehicle and a problem
comes up later, depending on the cause of failure. Given that the
part failed or the service was performed incorrectly we will obviously
warranty that.
Why should I have my motorsports vehicles serviced with
Lighthouse Motorsports?
Our mechanics are trained and educated by leading manufactures to
ensure that your vehicle gets serviced properly and quickly. We
understand that the seasons are short and the last thing we want
is to leave you without your motorsports vehicle over the weekend.
Our mechanics are friendly and knowledgeable and after the repair
will help you understand what happened and how it can be prevented
for next time. We hope to add a testimonial section to our website
to show you that we are the right choice for your needs.
Do you perform insurance repairs and quotes?
Of course, we have strong relationships with many insurance agencies.
Simply leave us with the insurance information and we will take
it from there.
Do you rent motorsports equipment?
We do not rent equipment. The insurance is too much and there aren't
enough people asking for it.
Do I need an appointment to have my motorsport vehicle serviced?
We take all service on a first come first service basis. If you
would like you may call and schedule and we will call you when you

I have an old vehicle, I am sure I cannot find parts, can
you help?
Yes, we have a long list of suppliers that are decent at tracking
down old parts. Some of them new and some of them used. Most times
we are able to find parts. However, we strongly discourage fixing
really old worn out stuff. Sometimes parts will take forever to
arrive, be expensive and sometimes it's impossible to diagnose all
problems right away. You end up fixing one thing, and soon you realize
that it has more problems. You must also recognize that sometimes
standard labor rate may not apply. Sometimes old blots strip or
something else breaks during repair. We cannot be held liable for
when this happens. As the owner of a service vehicle you are responsible

Can I store my motorsports vehicles there over the winter
or summer?
Yes. However we only offer outdoor secure or un-secure storage.

What is your standard labor rate?
Our diagnosis and labor rate is $90 dollars an hour with a minimum
of 1-hour.
I am interested in selling my vehicle by consignment where
do I learn more?
Please call 651-322-4420 and talk to someone at the front desk.
They can setup an appointment to appraise your boat and fill you
in with the details.
My motorsports vehicle is being stored for service at your
facility, is there anything I need to do to prepare my vehicle?
Yes. All service vehicles are stored outside in our secure lot.
Please make sure that you have your vehicle covered. We recommend
that you take out all valuables such as depth-finders. Please make
sure you have insurance on your vehicle. Our lots are secured however,
in the event of theft, fire, or damage.
What is the average turn-around time on service vehicles?
This depends on a variety of factors – your place in line, parts
availability and the service required. Please call 651-322-4420
and they may be able to give you a better idea. Long answer short;
there is no average turn-around.
