Meet the Team

Joe graduated from Hennepin Technical College, with a Marine and Motorsports degree. He started at Lighthouse in 2013 and is great at helping teach new techs. Joe is an Arctic Cat Gold certified technician for snowmobiles and is working on his Arctic Cat ATV Certification. He is a very dedicated and hard worker. In Joe’s spare time, he loves being out on his boat bow fishing and hunting ducks and geese.

Zack was 2 years old when our family business dream became a reality. He has taken in the passion of our store in a big way. Zack has begun working in the shop in a larger capacity since the pandemic started, he is now a full time technician. He also runs the powdercoating section of the business, he can coat anything 4x4x6. Zack loves riding his motorcycle and snowmobile with family and friends; he is a very skilled driver, ask him to take you for a ride sometime!

Kellen has worked for us as an assistant technician for the last two summers. He is a very hard worker, great at jumping in no matter where he is needed and is always a team player. Kellen is in college at Dunwoody College of Technology, majoring in mechanical engineering. During the winter months Kellen races snocross for Pflipsen Racing. He also enjoys racing motocross in the summer.

Dalton graduated high school in 2024 and is now learning mechanics as an assistant technician here at Lighthouse. He is passionate about learning the ins and outs of mechanics and is a hard worker with lots of potential. In the summer, Dalton loves racing motocross. During the winter months he enjoys riding his snowmobile with family and friends.

Madi was married into the family business in 2022. She started working full time at Lighthouse in January 2024 after working in childcare. She enjoys helping wherever is needed, she loves helping customers find what they need whether it’s apparel or parts. Madi comes to us from Inver Hills Community College with an Associate of Liberal Arts and Science degree. Her specialties are in online sales, parts and social media marketing! In her free time she enjoys riding her motorcycle and snowmobile with her friends and family!

Dylan graduated from the University of Northwestern, St. Paul with a Mechanical Engineering degree. During his college days, he worked for us part time as an assistant technician. He now specializes in sales and financing, helping direct customers to the product that best suits their needs! Although he works up front mainly, he still helps out in the service department wherever he is needed. In his free time, he likes to ride his motorcycle and snowmobile with his friends, and spend time with friends and family!

Joshua was 4 years old when our family business dream became a reality. He graduated University of Northwestern in 2021 with a degree in Politics, History, and Economics. At Lighthouse, Josh handles much of the shipping and receiving, and also works the parts counter. Josh loves the sport of snowmobiling and has since he started riding at age 2.

Remi has been at the store since he was a puppy and takes his job as a greater very seriously. He loves walking in the parade with the Lighthouse crew every summer, supervising the shop and going along on test drives!
